This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience whilst enjoying the flexibility to work around your lifestyle. 📚 The Role As a Cover Supervisor you will: Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning Work across a variety of subjects and year groups Build experience in a range of local secondary schools No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards. ✅ What We're Looking For ✔️ Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people Confident communication and classroom management skills A calm, professional and reliable approach A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed Own transport is advantageous but not essential 🎁 Why Join Mana Education?
