Remote with regional travel
Package:
£45,000 – £55,000 DOE
£6,000 car allowance or company car
Fuel card / mileage expenses

The Company
A leading UK property business with a large multi-site portfolio across commercial and mixed-use environments is continuing to invest in the growth of its internal Health, Safety & Fire function, building stronger in-house capability across the UK.
The Role
Reporting into the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will support a portfolio of sites across the South region, working closely with Facilities and Centre Management teams to provide practical Health, Safety & Fire guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments
Review external assessments and provide recommendations
Support site teams with day-to-day H&S and Fire guidance
Deliver pragmatic and commercially focused solutions
Support auditing and continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships across regional sites
About You
Experience within Health & Safety and Fire Safety roles
Comfortable managing a regional multi-site portfolio
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions focused
Experience undertaking and reviewing Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety audits
Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislation
Proven experience within FM, property or built environment environments
Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
Full UK driving licence
Qualifications & Experience
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, with evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
NEBOSH or NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety desirable
NEBOSH Fire Safety / Fire Risk Management or Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification desirable
IOSH membership preferred (CertIOSH minimum or working towards CMIOSH)
