Estates Data Coordinator - 3 Months 📍 Hybrid Working. 💰 £200 a day. 📅 3 month. Love turning messy property data into something that actually makes sense? We're working with a forward-thinking organisation looking for an Estates Data Coordinator to support a major estates and asset data project across a large property portfolio. You'll play a key role in bringing lease, billing and asset information together into a central IWMS platform helping improve reporting, compliance and financial accuracy. What You'll Be Doing 🔍 Interrogating lease agreements and extracting key commercial & billing data 📊 Validating invoices, billing schedules and financial information 💻 Uploading and maintaining lease and asset data within the IWMS 🤝 Working with finance, billing and estates teams to resolve discrepancies ⚡ Comparing data across spreadsheets, finance systems and legacy databases 📈 Improving data quality, reporting processes and system confidence What We're Looking For ✔ Experience working with lease, estates, asset or property data ✔ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail ✔ Comfortable working across multiple systems and large datasets ✔ Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ✔ IWMS / CAFM / property systems experience would be a big bonus Why It's Worth a Chat 🏢 High-profile estates transformation project 💡 Really varied role blending property, finance & systems 🏠 Hybrid working flexibility 🚀 Opportunity to genuinely shape how property data is managed going forward If you feel this role would be a good fit, please reach out to me confidentially by email; t.roche-walker @ (url removed)
