Technical Manager

As a company they take great pride in the customer service from inception through to handover and as a result of an increase in sales they are looking for a Technical Manager to cover projects in Somerset and Devon.

Reporting in to the head of Technical you will manage projects are up to standard and within deadlines. You will oversee and improve design quality and mange the pre construction health and safety meeting.

This would really suit someone looking for their first Technical Manager role who someone who is already time served with a strong housing background. You must be able to oversee all architectural and engineering aspects whilst running multiple sites.
