HR Officer: Onsite 4 Days, ER & Training Partner

Musgrave is seeking an HR Officer to partner with the HRBP Supply Chain team in Belfast, delivering a full range of HR services onsite. The role focuses on HR administration, employee relations, training, policy guidance, and record-keeping across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will support resourcing, onboarding, and performance processes, while driving engagement and culture initiatives. Travel between Belfast sites is required, with onsite presence four days per week.
