AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter (360) to deliver end-to-end recruitment for our North America business from our Belfast hybrid location. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and apply proactive sourcing to fill niche technical roles.
You will collaborate across global teams, use market insights to guide hiring decisions, and ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
