Experienced Production Operative - Pharma/ Cosmetics 📍 New Malden ⏰ Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm We are currently seeking an Experienced Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing team based in Wimbledon. This is a hands‑on role within a regulated production environment, ideal for someone with previous GMP manufacturing experience from any industry. Applicants must have strong experience in processes such as dispensing raw materials, mixing and bulk manufacturing - ideally from the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries. Key Responsibilities * Operating on the production line in accordance with GMP standards * Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately * Weighing, mixing, packing, or assembling products as required * Completing production and quality records clearly and correctly * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area * Complying with health & safety, hygiene, and quality procedures at all times Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience working in a GMP production environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, or similar) * Experience with dispensing raw materials and mixing * Experienced with bulk manufacturing of products such as pharmaceuticals or cosmetics * Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards * Ability to follow instructions and work to procedures * Reliable, punctual, and able to work an early morning shift * Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Applicants must live within 45mins commute from Wimbledon What’s on Offer * Consistent day shift hours (6:30am–3:00pm) * Monday to Friday work–life balance * Supportive team environment * Training and ongoing support * Opportunity to work in a stable, regulated manufacturing setting If you have experience working in a GMP production environment and are looking for a steady day shift role in Wimbledon, we would love to hear from you.
