About the role
Finatal, a high-growth, investor-backed professional services business, is seeking an M&A Director to lead all M&A activity and support the next phase of expansion. The role reports to senior leadership and works directly with shareholders, board members and external advisers.
The successful candidate will own acquisitions from execution through integration and value creation, while leading strategic projects across the business.
