About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Operational Resilience & Crisis Management Analyst to support a growing resilience function during a period of transformation. This part‑time role (approx. 3 days per week) offers the opportunity to shape new frameworks, deliver key resilience activities, and contribute to crisis preparedness across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Support operational resilience activity, including scenario planning, testing and exercising.
Help design and deliver tabletop exercises for crisis and resilience events.
Contribute to shaping a new resilience framework and operating model.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams across risk, operations, and security.
Prepare documentation, reports, and follow‑up actions.

About You

Background in operational resilience, crisis management, or business continuity.
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Able to work independently and “hit the ground running.”

Location: Edinburgh (flexible/remote options available)
