An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well-regarded and expanding firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual to step into a key role within the department.

The Role

You will take on a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• 
  \t
• Intestate estate administration

\t

Drafting and administering LPAs and Wills

\t

Taxable and non-taxable estate administration

\t

Client-facing probate work

\t

(Optional) Exposure to Trusts and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work

\t

The Ideal Candidate

\t

3-4 years PQE

\t

Confident in running files independently, with strong client communication skills

\t

Experience handling complex estates and an ability to manage active LPAs is essential

\t

Trusts/COP experience is advantageous, but not essential

\t

A proactive, professional and client-focused attitude

\t

What’s on Offer

\t

Salary circa £55,000–£80,000, depending on experience and seniority

\t

Annual performance-related bonus
