Pin Point Health & Social Care is a leading healthcare recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staffing solutions to care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, local authorities, and complex care providers across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead and develop our healthcare recruitment operations across the region. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial and operational performance of the region, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
* Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand market share and strengthen the regional presence of the business.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers across the health and social care sector.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive business development and networking activities.
* Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment consultants and management teams to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
* Monitor KPIs, sales activity, service delivery standards, and financial performance across the region.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations, framework requirements, and company compliance standards.
* Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and exceptional customer service.
* Support senior leadership in delivering wider company objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Participate in the out-of-hours management rota where required.
Person Specification
* Proven track record within healthcare recruitment at Branch Manager, Business Manager, Regional Manager, Director, or equivalent level.
* Strong leadership and people management experience.
* Demonstrable success in business development, account growth, and revenue generation.
* Commercially focused with strong financial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to motivate, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
* Results-driven, ambitious, and capable of operating at a senior leadership level.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
