Welfare Cleaner – Bermondsey 📍 Location: Bermondsey, Southwark 💷 Pay Rate: £16.85 per hour – PAYE Umbrella 🕗 Hours: 8:00am–6:00pm ⏰ Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day 📅 Duration: Long-term We are currently looking for a reliable Welfare Cleaner for a long-term construction project in Bermondsey. Requirements: * Valid CSCS card * Must be a resident of the London Borough of Southwark due to Section 106 local employment requirements * Previous welfare cleaning experience on construction sites is preferred * Punctual, hardworking and able to maintain high cleaning standards Duties include: * Cleaning site welfare facilities, including canteens, offices, toilets and changing areas * Restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies * Ensuring welfare areas remain clean, tidy and safe throughout the day * Following all site health and safety procedures Please apply with your CV and details of your CSCS card.
