A track record of excellence from previous roles, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high volume, premium full table service restaurant The adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges & changes A real understanding of 'hands on' togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow Fish (the wonderful teram) A flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests, helping to take them away from the real world for a while How we will support your journey with us: We don't want people to stand still.
