Lead In-House Corporate/M&A Lawyer

Lawyers On Demand seeks a Corporate/In‑House M&A lawyer with 5-10 years PQE to manage ongoing M&A transactions and corporate development work. The successful candidate will work independently, leading transactions and providing governance support in coordination with the corporate development team.

Experience in regulated M&A, especially with antitrust or competition issues, is highly beneficial. Knowledge in the life sciences or healthcare sectors is a plus. Immediate availability is essential for this role.
