About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processor to join a busy, collaborative team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This is a key role within the order management function, providing crucial support to ensure orders are processed smoothly and customers receive their products on time.
This position is at the heart of our client's operations, ensuring that customer orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth workflows, supporting team members, and helping the business deliver excellent service.
Job Title: Order Processor
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of incoming orders accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
Liaise with indirect channel partners to clarify order requirements and resolve any discrepancies
Collaborate with colleagues in the order management team to handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless operations
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of order status, delivery schedules, and tracking information
Identify and escalate potential issues or bottlenecks to prevent delays or errors
Support process improvements by suggesting more efficient workflows where appropriate
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in order processing, order management, or a similar administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient in using CRM systems or order management software, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed
