The Project Support Officer post is responsible for supporting the Senior Infrastructure Manager in overseeing delivery of infrastructure projects. The postholder will support the administration of projects through the use of robust governance frameworks, management tools and processes. The postholder will also provide administrative support to the development of the wider team’s outputs Support alignment of client Strategic Objectives with Infrastructure Plans and delivery programmes. Provide administrative support for the development and management of outputs, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and alignment with Infrastructure priorities. Assist in delivering priority projects, including acting as secretary for governance meetings (scheduling, agendas, packs, minutes, and action tracking). Support the management team with project requirements, including maintaining risk and issue registers and working with stakeholders to resolve them. Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery. Maintain, manage, and communicate all project documentation. Effective stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
