\n We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Tonbridge , supporting adults with Down syndrome and autism to live active, independent and fulfilling lives.
\n The service is well connected by public transport, with the town centre and train station approximately 15 minutes away by bus. You'll also find local shops, a pharmacy, post office and park all within easy walking distance.
\n Support people to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals \n
\n Encourage and enable participation in hobbies, activities and community life \n
\n Help people maintain relationships with family and friends \n
\n Support with managing finances, shopping and household tasks \n
\n Provide dignified, person-centred personal care where required \n
