Director, Growth & Structured Finance — Lead SME Funding

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Director for Growth & Structured Finance to lead the delivery of complex financing solutions to SME and Mid-Market clients. The role requires a strong background in corporate finance, cash-flow lending, and debt origination.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years’ experience, and will work closely with Credit Risk and Product teams. The position offers a hybrid work pattern, allowing for flexibility while delivering impactful financial services.
