Residential Conveyancer – Nottingham – £30,000 to £50,000 The firm A highly regarded, award-winning regional practice with a strong reputation across the East Midlands. • Managing a varied caseload of high-quality residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more bespoke transactions
• Providing a tailored, client-focused service rather than operating in a high-volume environment
• Working closely with experienced colleagues within both residential and wider property teams
• Playing an active role in maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering solutions-driven advice
• Contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening relationships with referrers and professional contacts
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to support cross-referrals and team growth

You

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE
• Strong experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of financial performance and contribution
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
• A team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career in a supportive environment
