Salary: £13.45 per hour. Working hours: 10‑hour contract. Shift times: 10:00 – 15:00 and 14:00 – 19:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide stimulation and encouragement to residents through entertainment, activities, and community links.
• Formulate an activity profile for each service user in liaison with care staff.
• Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment.
• Maintain accurate and legible records of service users’ activities.
• Coordinate outings, including researching prospective outings and liaising with the senior nurse.
• Communicate relevant medical or nursing information to senior care assistants.
• Promote Shaw Healthcare through fund‑raising events and functions.
• Build good relationships with service users and their relatives.
• Act in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.
