Part-Time HR Advisor – Maternity Cover (Public Sector)

MCS Group is seeking a part-time interim HR Advisor in Mid and East Antrim District, Northern Ireland. The position offers a flexible schedule of 15 hours over Thursdays and Fridays, with a pay rate of £20.29 per hour.

Candidates should have a degree plus relevant experience or considerable experience in HR processes, along with CIPD membership. The role requires strong HR case management skills and the ability to work closely with management and trade unions.
