This role is key to delivering Minor New Works projects and coordinating decant activities, ensuring temporary accommodation, transport, and storage solutions meet operational needs in a cost-effective and compliant manner. What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: * You will be delivering Minor New Works and decant projects from initial scoping through to completion, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards * You will be coordinating temporary accommodation, transport, and storage solutions to support operational decant requirements effectively * You will be managing subcontractors, site activities, and safety processes including method statements and risk assessments to ensure full compliance * You will be engaging with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective project delivery * You will be ensuring all works comply with health, safety, environmental, and construction regulations, promoting a strong safety culture * You will be managing project financials, reporting progress, risks, and performance while maintaining accurate documentation and governance standards What We're Looking For: * Qualifications: You will hold an industry-recognised qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or Facilities Management, along with a valid UK driving licence * Experience: You will have experience in project and site management within construction, engineering or facilities management environments, with strong understanding of construction design and management regulations, building regulations, and customer management * Skills: You will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload, deliver high-quality customer service, and effectively use Microsoft Office applications Experience & Knowledge: * Strong knowledge of project management, site management, construction design and management regulations, and building regulations * Experience in customer management and delivering projects within construction, engineering or facilities management environments * Comprehensive IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Desirable: * Site Management Safety Training Scheme certification * Experience working within a Ministry of Defence or military environment * Experience in small works scope writing and specifying, and familiarity with Integrated Financial Systems Skills: * Commitment to health and safety with a focus on achieving zero harm * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritise workload and work independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver high-quality services * Ability to identify risks and opportunities and deliver cost-effective solutions Additional Information: * The Garrisons are tobacco-free working environments. * Security clearance is required prior to starting with us. * We are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate against protected characteristics.
