Creative Arts Coordinator

The Creative Arts Coordinator will work alongside our existing team of Coordinators to develop and deliver an exciting 7 day creative offer for our Junior and Senior members. With a 50:50 split between coordination and face to face delivery, you will work in 1 or more of the 2 areas across the creative offer, which includes music room and the dance studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging both our existing and new partners to offer a wide creative offering to our young people. You will have the opportunity to not only shape the creative arts programe for young people but in doing so, allow them to develop existing skills, identify new passions and explore how they can use these skills and passions to shape their future as they become young adults. You will provide direct line management support, coaching and development for an energetic, enthused and skilled team of sessional youth workers.
