Job Title: M&E Coordinator / Building Services Engineer Location: Newry Description: We are hiring for our client, a growing mechanical contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across Ireland, seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join their Newry-based team.

This M&E Coordinator job offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from early design through to construction handover.
The successful M&E Coordinator will play a key role within a developing pre-construction function, working closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams.

* Lead mechanical coordination from pre-construction to handover

* Act as technical liaison across all project stakeholders
* Manage digital project setup (Procore and client systems)
* Identify and resolve coordination issues early
* Report progress to senior management
* Support development of pre-construction processes
* Mentor junior team members The Person:
* 3+ years' experience in mechanical/building services (design, coordination, or technical)
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems in construction
* Experience at design or pre-construction stage
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Full driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland/UK
* Proficiency in MS Office (Procore/BIM tools desirable)
* Exposure to heat pumps, ventilation, HIUs, or BIM advantageous The Reward:
