Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases Screen CVs Write and post engaging job advertisements Coordinate interviews and candidate communications Maintain accurate records within the recruitment CRM/ATS system Support recruiters with market research and talent mapping Prepare candidate profiles for client submission Assist with onboarding and compliance administration Develop talent pipelines for current and future vacancies Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process What Were Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Confident telephone manner and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools Bonus
