About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for a locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly competent team that can offer competitive rates and can be worked on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

• Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters

To advise on sensitive ASC matters

Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)

Court of Protection (COP)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• 
  
• Previous experience working in Adult Social Care

Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
