Amcor's Swansea plant is hiring an HR Manager who will partner with the Plant General Manager and SMT to drive a people-first agenda, building engagement, strengthening capabilities, and embedding accountability.
In this role you will lead HR turnaround, advise on people strategy and change, oversee recruitment, performance, and labour relations, including union engagement, within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
