An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Real Estate Disputes lawyer to join a highly respected Dispute Resolution team based in the Mole Valley area.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Acting for businesses, professional practices and private clients
• A mix of commercial and residential property litigation matters

You will:

• 
  
• Be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE
• Demonstrate the ability to run matters autonomously
• Ideally bring an existing client following but not essential
• Have experience managing staff and delegating work effectively
