Brand Manager: Growth & Activation Lead

C&C Group plc is seeking a Brand Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management of Innis & Gunn as it joins the C&C portfolio. You will shape the first brand plan, establish structure and processes, and ensure consistent brand identity across packaging, assets and communications.

You will lead activation plans, collaborate with insights, finance and channel teams, and manage agency partners to drive growth while safeguarding the brand’s distinct appeal within the portfolio.
