About the role
DVSA.GOV is seeking a Head of Training Delivery to lead frontline training for Driving Examiners, Enforcement Officers, and Vehicle Assessors. You will shape strategic learning programs and align them with organizational priorities, working with HR partners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.
You will manage dispersed teams, influence senior leaders, and drive workforce development initiatives in a dynamic public sector environment. A Level 7/Masters or MCIPD is required.
