Interim HR Advisor

The Interim HR Advisor will support the Human Resources department by handling key HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation. Coordinate recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices. Support line managers with performance management and appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organisational goals. Provide guidance on learning and development opportunities for staff.Profile A successful Interim HR Advisor should have: Experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee relations and recruitment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies. Experince in a higher eductaion setting Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency with HR software and systems.
