Fire Door Compliance Manager - Technical Services

Construction, Property and Engineering is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager specialising in Fire Doors to oversee statutory compliance across a portfolio of contracts in Central Scotland. The role is hybrid with a company car and a 37.5‑hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

You will lead the mobile inspection team, oversee digital recording systems, ensure high quality control and safety standards, and prepare detailed compliance progress reports for senior directors.
