Legionella Risk Assessor - £34000-£38000 London based Building Services Consultancy are expanding their London team and currently require a Legionella Risk Assessor to work on a mixture of commercial residential and industrial sites. Key duties for the Legionella Risk Assessor will include: * Inspection of water systems including Cooling Towers. Processed Water Systems and Hot and Cold Water set ups * Producing detailed risk assessments and recommendations for future works. * Ensuring all sites are compliant and in line with HSG274 and AcOP L8 guidelines * Assist with basic water hygiene tasks when required.
