About the role

We are seeking an experienced French-qualified lawyer to support a business through a significant period of organisational change in France.

The role will focus on advising on employee exits, resignations, employment-related matters and wider workforce change projects in France. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer in France with strong French employment law expertise.
Significant experience advising on employee departures, resignations, terminations and employment disputes.
Fluent French and English.
Comfortable working with international stakeholders.
Based in London or able to travel regularly between the UK and France.

Contract: 6–12 months

Location: London with regular travel to France

Start: ASAP
