Technical Sales Trainee - HVAC

The Opportunity We're looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Technical Sales Trainee to join a successful and well-established business based in Cardiff. You'll be part of a high-performing internal sales team, managing an existing account base while proactively identifying and winning new business. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing predominantly existing customer accounts Building strong relationships with a diverse B2B customer base Producing competitive quotations with technical support Working closely with the external sales team to drive growth Liaising with suppliers to improve offering and maximise margin Conducting market research to uncover new opportunities Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activityRequirements To be successful in this Technical Sales Trainee role, you will: Have some experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or B2B sales Ideally have exposure to HVAC, BMS, or technical/engineering products (beneficial, not essential) Be commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning business Have strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers Be a team player with a positive, motivated attitude Be eager to learn and develop your technical knowledgeApply today to find out more
