About the role

Total Plumbing Swansea is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take full responsibility for the efficient, profitable, and customer-focused operation of the Swansea branch. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will lead by example, drive performance and ensure compliance across all processes.
