Data Intellect in Belfast is seeking a motivated Talent Analyst to join the People team. You’ll support end-to-end recruitment, build and maintain talent pipelines, and analyse recruitment data to inform strategy. A numerical mindset and comfort with large datasets are essential as you’ll produce dashboards and insights for leadership.
