Care Coordinator – Recruitment & Workforce Planning Locations Covered: Norfolk  Salary: £25,000 per annum initially, with salary review after successful 6-month probation (potential increase to £30,000 per annum) Working Pattern: Full-Time | Remote Working Available About the Role We are seeking an organised and experienced Care Coordinator to join a growing care organisation, supporting new contracts across Norfolk and Somerset. The role will support both adult supported living services in Norfolk, ensuring staffing levels are maintained, shifts are covered effectively, and services have the right people in place to deliver high-quality care. This is a varied and rewarding role combining workforce coordination, recruitment, compliance, and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a reliable care workforce across both regions. Key Responsibilities Coordinate staffing requirements across adult supported living servicea Ensure shifts are covered effectively using the organisation’s staffing app and available workforce Monitor staff availability and support efficient rota management Be part of an on-call support structure for a 24-hour service Support recruitment activity across Norfolk and Somerset, managing the process from start to finish Source, interview, and onboard new care staff Complete and maintain recruitment compliance checks and documentation Support new starters through the onboarding process Work closely with service teams to understand staffing needs and resolve challenges quickly Maintain accurate workforce records and ensure compliance standards are met About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience within health and social care coordination, recruitment, rostering, or workforce planning Understands the care sector and the importance of safe staffing levels Has experience supporting recruitment processes, ideally within care Is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Has excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills Is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently Is comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong communication with teams Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle What We Offer Salary of £25,000 per annum initially Formal salary review following successful completion of a 6-month probation period Opportunity to increase salary to £30,000 per annum Remote working opportunity Opportunity to join a growing care organisation A varied role with responsibility across recruitment and workforce operations The chance to make a real impact supporting high-quality care services Job Type: Full-Time- Remote Working Hours: Monday–Sunday service coverage with participation in an on-call rota
