Motorsport & Automotive Composite Technicians - West Sussex Outside IR35 | Immediate Starts | Up to 50 Positions Available We are recruiting on behalf of one of our key customers, a leading composites manufacturer based in West Sussex, specialising in high-performance motorsport and automotive components. Due to a significant increase in production, we are looking to onboard 30-50 experienced Composite Technicians over the next two months. The Role You'll be working on premium composite components for some of the world's most recognised automotive and motorsport programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with long-term contract opportunities. What We're Looking For Experienced Composite Laminators / Composite Technicians Background in motorsport, automotive, aerospace or high-performance composites Ability to work from technical drawings and lay-up schedules Experience with pre-preg carbon fibre, trimming, bagging or clean room processes is advantageous High attention to detail and commitment to quality Shift Options & Rates We have a variety of shifts available to suit your availability: Day Shift: £23.00 per hour Night Shift: £25.00 per hour Weekend Shift: £25.00 per hour Contract Details Outside IR35 Immediate starts available Long-term contract opportunities Overtime available (where applicable) Multiple shift patterns available Location West Sussex, UK If you're an experienced Composite Technician looking for your next contract and want to work on cutting-edge automotive and motorsport projects, we'd love to hear from you.
