Junior Kitchen Designer / Project Coordinator Essex | Full Time | Permanent Looking for more than just an office job? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and wants to learn every aspect of project coordination and kitchen design. Previous kitchen experience isn't essential—we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. The Role Working alongside an experienced designer, you'll be involved in every stage of a project, including: * Supporting kitchen design projects from enquiry through to completion. * Coordinating customer orders and deliveries. * Managing project documentation and CRM systems. * Liaising with customers, suppliers and installers. * Assisting with quotations and ordering. * Learning kitchen design software. * Supporting the day-to-day running of live projects. About You We're looking for someone who is: * Highly organised and proactive. * A confident communicator. * Comfortable using computers and technology. * Detail-focused with excellent organisational skills. * Interested in interiors, construction or design. * Keen to build a long-term career. * A natural problem solver with a positive attitude. Essential Requirements * Full UK Driving Licence. * Strong IT skills. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Professional and customer-focused approach.
