About the role

The Unicorn Group in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, is seeking an HR Officer to provide hands-on, generalist HR administration across the business on a 20 hours per week, on-site basis.

Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll manage day-to-day HR processes, maintain records, support recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, and help implement NI employment law compliant policies in a small, agile environment.
