About the role
Overview
We are hiring a Biddable Account Director to shape and orchestrate best‑in‑class digital performance work across some of our most exciting clients. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a highly visible, client‑facing role where you’ll connect strategy, activation and performance into one joined‑up story. You’ll be at the centre of the work – guiding teams, influencing decisions and making a real impact on how campaigns deliver. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, working across multiple digital channels and partnering closely with clients, this role gives you the scope, variety and influence to grow your career.
Responsibilities
- Leading the coordination of digital performance workstreams across paid search, paid social, programmatic and wider biddable channels
- Acting as a trusted, day‑to‑day client partner, shaping conversations and translating performance into clear, actionable insight
- Bringing together activation teams to ensure strategy is delivered seamlessly – without being responsible for hands‑on activation
- Orchestrating operations, timelines and processes to keep complex workstreams moving smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting digital strategy and performance planning, ensuring channel recommendations are aligned and forward‑thinking
- Driving improvements in reporting, measurement and the use of ad tech to elevate campaign effectiveness
- Coaching and supporting junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment
Qualifications
- Experience in biddable or performance media, with a strong understanding of how channels work together
- Confidence working with activation teams, with hands‑on experience earlier in your career
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to connect data, performance and client objectives
- Strong client management skills and a genuine interest in building lasting relationships
- Organised and solution‑focused, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Interest in digital strategy, ad tech, reporting and the evolving media landscape
- A collaborative approach, with strong communication skills and a calm, thoughtful way of working
What’s in it for you
- A role focused on orchestration, strategy and impact rather than hands‑on activation
- Exposure to major brands including Avolta (duty free), with the potential to support on other accounts at Zenith UK
- The opportunity to work across a broad mix of digital channels and performance disciplines
- Real ownership and visibility, working closely with senior leadership (including the team’s Business Director)
- The chance to develop both strategic expertise and leadership skills
- A collaborative environment where your ideas and perspective genuinely shape the work
- A strong platform for progression within a leading global media network
