Admissions & Business Development Manager (Care Home)

Admissions Manager | Newmarket Luxury Care Home | £45,000 + Commission Are you a natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities and making a real difference? We're looking for an Admissions & Business Development Manager to play a key role in a beautiful care home, helping families find the right care while driving occupancy and building strong relationships within the local community. What you'll be doing: * Welcoming and guiding prospective residents and families through the admissions journey. * Conducting home tours and converting enquiries into admissions. * Building relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals and local referral networks. * Supporting local marketing initiatives and community events. * Working closely with the Home Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. What we're looking for: * Experience in sales, admissions, customer relations or business development. * A warm, personable and professional approach. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Someone who enjoys being out in the community and developing new connections. * Care sector experience is helpful but not essential.
