BIM Coordinator Location: City of London Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) Working Pattern: Full-time | 5 days per week in the office The Role A well-established main contractor based in the City of London is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join its team. Working across a range of residential and commercial projects, you will coordinate BIM processes from RIBA Stages 4-7, supporting project delivery through design coordination and digital construction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate BIM models across multiple projects. Manage federated models and carry out clash detection. Support project teams through RIBA Stages 4-7. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve coordination issues. Maintain BIM documentation and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes. About You Experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally with a main contractor. Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and RIBA Stages 4-7. Experience on residential and/or commercial projects. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and CDE platforms.
