About the role
Bakkafrost Scotland is seeking a Senior HR & Training Coordinator to lead the HR Central services, coordinating recruitment, onboarding and learning & development across the business in the West Highlands environment.
You will ensure smooth employee lifecycle administration, maintain HRIS data integrity, and supervise the HR & Training Services Coordinators and Administrators, partnering with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver a proactive, customer‑focused HR service.
