Swindon | Long-Term Contract | Up to £4,000 Per Week WeHireTrades is currently recruiting experienced Air Source Heat Pump ASHP Installers for a long-term domestic retrofit programme across Swindon .

We're particularly interested in established two-man installation teams capable of delivering high-quality installations to programme.

What's on Offer Up to £4,000 per week Long-term, ongoing work Consistent pipeline of installations Weekly payments Immediate starts available Self-employed / CIS basis The Role Working on occupied domestic properties, you'll be responsible for the installation of Air Source Heat Pump systems to a high professional standard.

Duties include: Full ASHP installations Heating system upgrades Cylinder installations Pipework and system modifications Commissioning support Working safely within occupied homes Completing installations to specification and programme Requirements Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps Experience working on domestic retrofit projects NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (preferred) Relevant Heat Pump qualifications desirable Valid CSCS card Full UK Driving Licence Own van and tools Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently xwzovoh and as part of a professional installation team We're Looking For Experienced two-man ASHP installation teams Self-employed installers Renewable heating specialists Domestic plumbing & heating engineers with ASHP experience If you're a reliable team looking for consistent, well-paid work with an established contractor, we'd love to hear from you.
