Recruitment Consultant Business Support Location: Holborn, London (Hybrid 3 days in the office)

Salary: £30,000£45,000 + commission

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a strong sales or relationship-led background, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a successful desk with excellent earning potential and long-term career progression.
The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with both clients and candidates while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Write engaging job adverts and proactively headhunt talent.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process through to successful placement.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and outbound sales activity.
• Build market knowledge and become a trusted recruitment partner within your sector.
• Consistently work towards individual and team targets.

About You We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:

• Business Support recruitment
• Recruitment within another specialist market
• Estate Agency or Real Estate
• B2B Sales
• Business Development
• Account Management

You'll also have:
