Project EngineerLocation: PortisheadSalary: £55,000 to £65,000Industry: Lifting Equipment, MechanicalAn opportunity has opened for a Project Engineer to join an engineering company based in Portishead. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background working on mechanical biased projects and will have experience within the design and manufacture of heavy lifting equipment.The company have a long list of benefits with opportunities for hybrid working but they also require someone that is happy to drive to sites. You will need to have experience in a client facing position as this is key for the role.Project Engineer Key Skills:Experienced in project engineering / managementExperience with heavy lifting equipment design and manufacturePreferably mechanical biasedAutoCAD design knowledge ability to read engineering drawingsFull UK Driving License for site visitsCSCS card holderAny crane, mobile crane experience would be a bonusExcellent communication experience including client / customer facing backgroundProject Engineer Responsibilities:Creating engineering solutions for heavy lifting projects from concept to deliverySpeaking with clients to take specifications down and updating with progressVisiting sites to ensure projects are moving smoothlyDeveloping and reviewing drawings, calculations and risk assessments to ensure projects match the specEnsuring quality and H&S assessments are conductedLiaising with construction and engineering teams, keeping in line with timelinesIf you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Project Engineer, please apply with your latest CV.TPBN1_UKTJ
