Package/benefits: • Negotiable salary (dependent on experience) • 25 days holidays + BH • Company pension scheme • Free on-site parking • Annual bonus scheme Responsibilities: • Answer the telephone, taking enquiries and orders plus processing, responding to and chasing quotes and orders. • Assisting customers with quotations, product information and pricing queries. • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction/loyalty. • Undertake proactive call outs to dormant account holders and seek potential new accounts. Skills/experience: • Electrical Wholesale experience. • A proactive can-do approach to work. • Driving Licence. • Confident telephone manner. • Good I.T. skills.
