Commercial Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity to join an established and well-respected law firm in their Commercial Real Estate team. My client is seeking a qualified solicitor 8 years plus PQE Commercial Property/Real Estate solicitor, ideally at Senior Associate/Partner level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team with plenty of opportunity for progression, working from either London or Guildford. The purpose of the role is to manage a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters. * Take responsibility for managing own caseload with supervision * Ensure case management records are maintained * Supporting other fee earners where necessary * Flexibility to assist with cases and instructions outside of normal working hours when required * Meet chargeable hours targets * Assist with the training and development of junior members of the team * Handle high-value transactions independently and efficiently * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and business development * Drive high standards of service delivery and commercial performance * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property and transactional documents.
